421 West Church Street's MMR is a 10,000 SF fully built-out carrier grade collocation facility which was developed to allow carriers to rapidly and directly interconnect in one central location.

Electrical	The MMR is engineered for 100 watts per SF of AC power. DC power is available with battery backup. The MMR has a truly redundant A&B feed UPS system. Not only is power supplied from 2 separate and distinct UPS feeds , but each system is also backed up by a separate generator.

Risers	Fully master-planned riser system providing diverse riser capacity for fibers and cable. Pre-installed diverse 3” innerducts with pull boxes on every floor are available.
